    inviting them into the library - show them what you do - have an open house

    invite your principle or Superintendent in to see a class

    time with the school board - what you can do for them instead of complaining

    let people know you are smart and have an MLS!!

    tell them what else you could be doing besides teaching classes (ex. web macs)

    i just did it and showed it to them
